Constance & Co. was established in 1986 in Houston, Texas with the development of its pioneer reversible nonskid rug underlay Teebaud®. Constance & Co., also known as Teebaud Co. L.L.C., supplies its Teebaud rug pad to high end oriental rug dealers, rug cleaners, rug manufacturers and restorers, as well as quality furniture stores and designers. The company sells to the trade only throughout the United States and exports to about 15 countries. Since its beginning, Constance & Co. has been owned and operated by Alain and Constance Holderer. The Company has built a reputation of consistent product quality and reliability coupled with rapid and effective customer service.
