Teebaud Non-skid Rug Underlay

Technical Description

Teebaud® has been developed and engineered to obtain the performance required and expected of a nonskid and a rug pad. Teebaud is coated on both sides with a specially formulated pressure sensitive dry adhesive, and not a polymeric - acrylic resin. Teebaud will not give a permanent bond to the floor. Teebaud is a repositionable underlay which is harmless to carpeting, floors and rugs. The light cushioning effect allows the pad and the rug to breathe together with no risk of oxidation and / or discoloration of any surface. This is a proven guarantee that Teebaud helps protect rugs from premature wear.

Teebaud is made of two different polyester fibers which provides a reversible nonskid pad with unbeatable efficiency allowing distributors and dealers to stock only one product, helping them to reduce their inventory costs. Teebaud's two components give the pad enough body to resist horizontal pressure thus avoiding the buckling effect of the pad under the rug. The reason for this efficiency is because Teebaud puts 12 oz of fiber per square yard, whereas competitors products commonly have only 3 to 4 oz of fiber.
